Prudence is a passionate and experienced Field Officer and Community Facilitator with a strong track record of grassroots work in Tarime, Tanzania. She has been actively involved in community-driven efforts to end Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), Gender-Based Violence (GBV), and child marriage, working directly with girls, women, families, and local leaders to foster dialogue, raise awareness, and support behavior change. With a deep understanding of the cultural and social dynamics of the region, Prudence is known for her ability to build trust and create safe spaces for learning and healing. She facilitates workshops, supports survivors, and plays a key role in mobilizing communities around issues of gender equality and human rights. Her compassion, resilience, and commitment to empowering girls and women make her an invaluable part of the team and a powerful advocate for change on the ground.
